You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for paying the actual shipping costs for the return.

Defective Products: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), Vitelora will bear the cost of return shipping.
6. Restocking Fees
Vitelora does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To ensure you get what you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the item you have for a refund and making a separate purchase for the new item.
